Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to identify dietary and nutritional needs

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans

• Provide nutritional counseling and monitor patient outcomes

• Support the implementation of medical nutrition therapy protocols

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care

• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field

• Strong foundational knowledge in human nutrition sciences and medical nutrition therapy

• Experience in or familiarity with clinical nutrition counseling (internships or placements preferred)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment

• Passion for digital healthcare and innovative patient engagement methods
