The Bartender role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the resort’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks following recipes and standards.

• Clear tables and bars, maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.

• Assist supervisors in improving operational procedures.

• Control financial documents related to service, verify invoices and guest checks.

• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.

• Set up tables and side stations, keep equipment clean and organized.

• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team and other departments.

• Follow closing procedures and secure all stocks and assets.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a bartender in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.

• Strong knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to build rapport with diverse, high-profile clientele.

• Dynamic team player with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
