Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join its Food & Beverage team, focusing on a high-end specialty bar. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a dynamic professional looking to deliver premium service experiences while contributing to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare employee work schedules based on forecast and staffing guides.

• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the outlet.

• Support the Outlet Manager in planning promotions, pricing, and beverage procurement.

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in line with health and hotel guidelines.

• Supervise daily operations and ensure service standards are upheld.

• Identify training needs and conduct ongoing training to boost professionalism.

• Ensure proper handling of bar equipment to reduce breakages and losses.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a specialty bar or gastropub.

• Advanced knowledge of beverages and bar operations.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), MS Office, Windows, and POS systems.

• Familiarity with Micros is a plus.

• Experience in international hospitality settings is highly regarded.
