Job Description:

• Lead post-award subcontract management under the supervision of the Project Manager. Monitor subcontractor activities, provide guidance, and recommend mitigation actions.

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to develop subcontracting strategies and negotiate & finalize subcontract agreements.

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of subcontractors, including reviewing notices to correct, variations, claims, in coordination with the Project Contracts Manager.

• Manage interim and final payments to subcontractors, handle subcontractor claims and variations, and oversee notices and correspondence, working closely with Project Contracts Manager and Project Controls Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction.

• Proven experience as a Sub Contracts Engineer on major oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar large-scale construction projects in the Middle East.

• Experience working with EPC contractors is mandatory.
