Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Corporate Commercial/Regulatory lawyer for a six-month fixed-term contract in Dubai. The role demands in-office presence five days a week. The ideal candidate has expertise in virtual assets and regulatory matters, with financial services experience being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate commercial and regulatory matters, focusing on virtual assets

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts

  • Support regulatory compliance and client advisory on evolving regulations

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver practical legal solutions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current practising certificate in law

  • Strong commercial contracts and regulatory experience gained in a top-tier law firm, in-house, or secondment roles

  • Legal right to work in the UAE

  • Immediate availability to start

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in virtual assets and regulatory work

  • Financial services background advantageous

  • Consulting experience or willingness to transition into consulting
