Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts, provide strategic hiring counsel, and support organizational goals with effective recruitment processes in the pharmaceutical/FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and HR teams, utilizing hiring and employment data

• Develop and optimize recruitment strategies including job postings, recruiting channels, and campaigns

• Lead full recruitment and selection cycles to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of the best talent

• Support the Head of HR in implementing recruitment best practices aligned with organizational goals

• Generate and monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare monthly and quarterly reports

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to the UAE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry

• Proven people management experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

• Proficient in full recruitment lifecycle and various interview/evaluation techniques
