Job Overview:
The company is seeking a Digital Marketing & Website Specialist who will lead the strategy and execution of its online presence. This role combines hands-on website development with high-performing digital marketing across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Digital Management

Manage and update websites, primarily using WordPress.

Optimize site performance, SEO, and user experience (UX).

Set up and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

Execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display advertising campaigns.

Run email marketing and automation using platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot.

Track performance metrics and continuously refine digital strategies.
Marketing Strategy & Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital goals with business objectives.

Support creative campaigns and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Contribute fresh ideas and explore emerging digital trends and AI tools.
Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and website management.

Proficient with WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and PHP.

Familiar with cloud services such as AWS and Azure.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Candidates with an attested bachelor’s or master’s degree and immediate availability are preferred.
