Job Overview:
Infinity OOH is hiring an experienced Outdoor Project Manager to oversee the full cycle of OOH advertising projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in OOH media operations, along with strong contract, budgeting, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure prime locations for advertising installations.

• Oversee contract negotiations and vendor management.

• Manage project budgets, costing, and financial planning.

• Lead end-to-end execution of digital and static OOH advertising campaigns.

• Supervise installation and maintenance of advertising structures.

• Evaluate operational reports for efficiency and cost savings.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in OOH media operations (Mandatory).

• Valid UAE driver’s license.

• Strong technical knowledge of OOH formats including digital signage and hoardings.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
