Position Overview:
MacGregor is seeking a motivated Account Representative with experience in marine, shipping, or offshore sectors to drive sales of spare parts and act as the primary customer contact in the branch. This role involves customer visits, lead generation, sales negotiations, relationship building, and supporting the local sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell spare parts, achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Maintain and update market and customer information; report key insights to management.

• Build and strengthen customer relationships; drive service contract sales and manage quotations.

• Ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries; escalate issues to protect customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the local controller to support accounts receivable collection.

• Produce detailed visit reports from all customer meetings.

• Execute assigned projects to support overall company success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine, or Business (preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in marine, shipping, or offshore industries, preferably in Abu Dhabi market.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Self-driven, customer-focused, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
