Job Summary:

We are hiring a Clinical Specialist – Application Support Specialist with a strong background as an MR Technologist to provide hands-on clinical support and training on our AI-integrated medical devices and software. This position bridges the clinical and technical worlds, helping end-users successfully implement and use Klas-Med’s digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical application support for AI-powered healthcare solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, end-user training, and installation assistance.

• Liaise between healthcare professionals and technical/product teams.

• Support the sales team with clinical insight during product presentations.

• Troubleshoot issues post-installation and ensure smooth integration into clinical workflows.

• Maintain strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, HIS, and other hospital IT systems.

• Promote adoption of AI-enhanced clinical tools across healthcare facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related discipline.

• 2–3 years of clinical experience, particularly as an MR Technologist.

• Familiarity with hospital IT systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, HIS).

• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.

• Technologically proficient and enthusiastic about AI in healthcare.

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in clinical or product training.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards in medical imaging.

• Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus).

• Willingness to travel across the UAE for onsite support.
