M&M Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations within Dubai’s vibrant real estate market. This pivotal role involves shaping financial strategy, managing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring full compliance with UAE and international regulations. The successful candidate will also oversee cash flow, optimize working capital, and support business growth through detailed financial analysis and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives in the real estate sector

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports for senior leadership

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, international standards, AML policies, and internal auditing processes

• Coordinate with external regulatory authorities and oversee timely financial statement preparation

• Monitor cash flow, manage investment portfolios, and optimize working capital for real estate projects

• Implement strong financial controls and risk mitigation measures

• Automate financial systems to enhance operational efficiency

• Provide financial insights and modeling to support business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred

• At least 5 years of financial management experience in the real estate industry

• In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations and real estate market trends

• Proven experience in AML compliance and internal auditing

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Proficiency in financial software and tools tailored to real estate finance

• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively under pressure

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances
