Job Summary:

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about wellness. You will be the first point of contact for spa guests and play a key role in enhancing the guest experience through efficient service, product knowledge, and daily spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, warm, and engaging customer service at all times.

• Manage day-to-day spa operations, bookings, and guest assistance.

• Provide accurate information about spa treatments, products, and special offers.

• Guide guests through the use of spa facilities (sauna, steam room, etc.).

• Promote retail sales and maintain product displays per brand standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa reception and treatment areas.

• Attend pre-shift briefings and communicate key updates with colleagues.

• Report maintenance issues and health/safety concerns promptly.

• Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies.

• Assist with stock management and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa or 5-star hospitality environment required.

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role at a luxury spa or resort.

• Experience with Book4Time software is mandatory.

• Strong administrative skills (Excel proficiency preferred).

• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly responsible, guest-focused, and able to multitask under pressure.
