ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Director of Government & Strategic Affairs, a high-visibility leadership role that connects real estate, sustainability, smart living, and wellness initiatives with government authorities and strategic partners. This role is designed to influence public policy, secure approvals, and align the company’s projects with UAE national goals such as Net Zero 2050, the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, and Green Agenda 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Affairs & Regulatory Engagement

Engage with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, Dubai Municipality, and other emirate-level authorities.

Manage all regulatory approvals, real estate registrations, business licensing, visa processes, and compliance documentation.

Oversee interactions with master developers (Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, Meydan, Wasl).

Lead the PRO team to ensure smooth governmental and legal operations.

Liaise with Free Zones and Economic Departments for business formation and regulatory clearances.

Serve as spokesperson in real estate policy discussions and public forums.
Strategic Affairs & Public Representation

Represent the company in high-profile government and industry events.

Align real estate projects with key UAE initiatives like Net Zero 2050 and Smart Dubai.

Foster public-private partnerships (PPPs) and government-backed smart home initiatives.

Collaborate with the Ministry of Climate Change, DHA, and PropTech incubators to integrate sustainability, wellness, and AI technologies.

Promote the company’s image in government, media, and industry circles through strategic public engagements.
Thought Leadership & Impact

Qualifications:

Background in urban planning, ESG, or smart cities is a strong plus.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at ministerial and C-suite levels.
