Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage patients based on acuity and urgency.

• Conduct initial evaluations, physical exams, and monitor vital signs.

• Administer emergency treatments and medications per hospital protocols.

• Operate and monitor essential medical equipment (e.g., defibrillators, cardiac monitors).

• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

• Document care and updates accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, procedures, and discharge care.

• Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a clean, safe environment.

• Stay current with emergency procedures and participate in ongoing training.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s; BSN preferred).

• Active RN license (must be valid in the UAE or transferable).

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS – all mandatory.

• Minimum 1–2 years of ER or critical care experience preferred.

• Excellent multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and emergency medical equipment.

• Compassionate, calm, and responsive in crisis situations.
