The Lana by Dorchester Collection is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress for In-Room Dining in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position involves delivering personalized and professional dining service directly to guest rooms, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department.

• Accurately take guest orders over the phone or in person.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure in-room setups meet presentation and quality standards.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.

• Handle guest queries and special requests efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and immaculate dining service environment.

• Attend daily briefings and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German is a plus.

• Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining preferred.

• Certification or diploma in hospitality is highly desirable.

• Positive attitude with a passion for excellence in service.
