Caparol Middle East and Africa is looking for a talented Marketing Design Executive to lead and support design strategies related to Caparol and Disbon products. This role focuses on creating compelling catalogs, packaging, POS materials, and architectural design concepts that align with corporate branding for local and export markets. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting sales efforts, and driving revenue growth through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing department in developing and implementing design strategies for Caparol products to attract and retain clients.

• Lead colour design initiatives based on market research, architectural journals, and feedback, creating trends and concepts that enhance marketing efforts.

• Plan and conceptualize architectural colour and material designs for interior and exterior facades to assist sales and business development teams.

• Create design renders and digital mock-ups using colour and paint techniques tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop interior display concepts for dealer stores.

• Conduct site visits with sales to assess and ensure suitability of design concepts.

• Design visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and other tools.

• Design all communication mediums such as print ads, POS material, presentations, and stationery ensuring brand consistency.

• Develop visual concepts for exhibitions, events, product launches, and provide full graphic support.

• Review design function performance regularly and recommend improvements.

• Ensure all designs comply with DAW Group and Caparol brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro.

• Knowledge of 3D software (advantageous).

• Working knowledge of After Effects, HTML, Flash is a plus.

• Understanding of printing setup requirements: color management, bleeds, margins, and resolution.

• Experience in marketing activities, branding, design software, and colour matching.
