A leading software company in Dubai is seeking an experienced and strategic Information Technology Manager to lead IT operations and infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a tech-savvy leader with a strong background in IT systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, strategies, and security protocols.

• Lead IT projects including system upgrades, software deployments, and cloud initiatives.

• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, backup protocols, and disaster recovery plans.

• Supervise and support the IT team, ensuring efficient performance and development.

• Manage IT vendors and negotiate service agreements and hardware/software contracts.

• Collaborate with business leaders to align IT systems with operational goals.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Lead, or in a similar leadership role.

• Proficient in network administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise software systems.

• Experience with ERP systems, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
