IOP Group is hiring a seasoned Senior Real Estate Deal Closer to manage high-value property and mortgage transactions in the UAE. This role demands hands-on experience in secondary market deals, full transaction lifecycle knowledge, and strong familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and banking processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end real estate and mortgage transactions, ensuring smooth deal closures.

• Manage all DLD procedures, title deed transfers, and banking documentation.

• Liaise with agents, banks, clients, and internal stakeholders for seamless operations.

• Take charge of transaction administration, maintaining compliance and accuracy.

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the closing process.

• Monitor real estate trends, mortgage product offerings, and legal regulations.

• Focus on secondary market sales and real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UAE real estate and mortgage deal closing.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department processes and banking documentation.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with high attention to detail.

• Capable of independently managing transaction administration tasks.
