Position Overview:

MONET Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Lead to build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on Dubai’s off-plan property market. If you’re a natural leader with strong real estate sales experience, this is your opportunity to drive team success and grow within a thriving international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated and results-driven sales team.

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are consistently exceeded.

• Guide agents throughout the off-plan sales lifecycle.

• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and property developers.

• Maintain compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and MONET’s internal procedures.

• Oversee CRM usage, team reporting, and sales analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager in real estate.

• Minimum 10+ successful off-plan property sales closed personally.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Russian is not required.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to bring an existing real estate team is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with team motivation, performance management, and conflict resolution.
