Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hostess to join our Carbone restaurant team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting, managing wait times, seating arrangements, and providing a warm farewell. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a positive first impression

• Inform guests about wait times and manage the waiting list efficiently

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating process

• Engage guests in natural and pleasant conversation to enhance their experience

• Collaborate closely with the restaurant team to maintain high service standards

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop skills in hospitality and food & beverage

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants

• International exposure preferred but not mandatory

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
