Position: Office Administrator

Salary: Up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Client:
Join a well-established valuation and advisory firm based in Dubai, specializing in independent real estate valuations across the US and MENA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow.

  • Handle all communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and maintain calendar schedules.

  • Oversee record-keeping, document renewals, bookings, invoicing, and payment reminders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationals.

  • Female candidates up to 35 years of age.

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience, preferably within the real estate sector.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
