Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to ensure a strong safety culture and compliance across construction and infrastructure projects, including villas, buildings, and civil works. The ideal candidate will implement HSE policies, conduct audits, and promote a safe working environment as per local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations and international safety standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.

• Deliver safety training programs, inductions, and toolbox talks to site staff.

• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure corrective and preventive measures are implemented.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with client and legal reporting requirements.

• Work closely with project and site teams to foster a proactive safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles within infrastructure and civil construction projects.

• Must hold a valid Trakhees SARS/SSRS Card.

• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk control measures.

• Familiarity with UAE HSE laws and global standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification in Occupational Health and Safety is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.

• Immediate availability is a must.
