Our award-winning interior design consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead high-profile hospitality projects in Dubai. This permanent, direct hire position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in hospitality design and a proven track record within top UAE consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of prestigious hospitality, commercial, and residential projects with creativity and precision.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Prepare and present compelling design concepts, ‘look & feel’ presentations, and detailed schematic designs tailored to client visions.

• Oversee production teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional standards.

• Act as a confident spokesperson in client presentations and maintain positive client relationships, navigating challenging situations professionally.

• Produce detailed, high-quality design packages, including layouts, drawings, 3D visuals, and FF&E specifications.

• Manage project documentation, QA/QC processes, and site visits to ensure design intent is upheld through construction.

• Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.

• 5–7+ years of experience leading hospitality design projects in the UAE.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, creative hospitality designs.

• Expertise in all design stages with excellent technical knowledge and site experience.

• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, and graphic tools like InDesign and Photoshop. Knowledge of Rhino, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
