Position: Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Join a leading and trusted interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, renowned for crafting exceptional tailored spaces. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities in commercial and hospitality sectors. Build and nurture client relationships, develop sales strategies, and prepare customized proposals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, hospitality, retail, office, restaurant, warehouse, and fit-out projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

• Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Maximum age: 40 years.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

• 3–5 years of business development experience in UAE’s interior design, architecture, or construction sectors.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established industry contacts.

• Proven experience with commercial, office, retail, hospitality, and warehousing projects.

• Based in the UAE (mandatory).

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
