Position: Senior Pricing Executive – Multimodal Freight

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Senior Pricing Executive to lead pricing strategies for our sea, air, and road freight operations in Dubai. This role plays a critical part in maintaining profitability and competitive positioning across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage pricing structures for sea, air, and road freight in alignment with market trends and business targets.

• Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor rates to ensure pricing remains competitive.

• Negotiate cost-effective rates with shipping lines, airlines, and trucking vendors to optimize margin.

• Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date rate tariffs, freight contracts, and pricing databases.

• Monitor pricing KPIs and margin performance; provide actionable insights for cost and revenue optimization.

• Ensure compliance with freight regulations, incoterms, and company pricing protocols.

• Support bid and tender processes with comprehensive pricing documentation and analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing for a freight forwarding or logistics company, covering sea, air, and land transport.

• Solid understanding of global freight cost structures, carrier negotiations, and trade lanes.

• Proficient in MS Excel and pricing tools; ERP or TMS experience is a plus.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple pricing requests under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is advantageous.

• Familiarity with international trade and compliance regulations.
