About the Role:

Petra Insurance Brokers is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven General Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves managing the full cycle of General Insurance products including Property, Marine, and Liability insurance, while ensuring exceptional client service, compliance, and business growth.

You’ll work closely with clients, underwriters, and internal departments to process insurance endorsements, build strong relationships, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities—ensuring seamless coverage and satisfaction for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Management: Process endorsements, policy modifications, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

• Client Service: Deliver high-quality service and maintain excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Sales & Negotiation: Proactively cross-sell and upsell insurance products using effective negotiation techniques to maximize client value.

• Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate critical client or policy issues in line with internal protocols.

• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities comply with UAE insurance regulations and internal audit policies.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to streamline processes, support strategic growth, and enhance the customer experience.

• Project Support: Participate in special projects or duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in General Insurance, with hands-on knowledge in Property, Marine, and Liability policies.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE market trends, regulatory frameworks, and underwriting practices.

• Network: Strong working relationships with insurers, underwriters, and industry stakeholders.

• Skills:
