We are hiring on behalf of a major client in KSA for the role of Talent Acquisition Lead – Technology, a strategic position ideal for recruitment professionals with strong experience in tech hiring across multinational environments.


Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Lead – Technology (KSA) will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for digital and tech positions within the organization. The role involves building talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, while working closely with hiring managers to meet business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business needs.

  • Develop and manage external talent pipelines for digital and technology roles.

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership.

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and conferences.

  • Manage onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive new hire experience.


Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

  • At least 3 years of experience focused on Technology and Digital hiring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience working in multinational organizations.

  • Proficient in recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Bayt, and Taleo.

  • Proven track record in hiring for digital/technology positions across all levels.
