A diversified holding group in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit & Compliance Officer to take charge of auditing and reviewing operations across all business units and departments. This group-level role reports directly to the CEO and plays a vital part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and risk-free operations.

Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, independent Internal Audit & Compliance Officer to oversee internal audits across various business units, analyze operational gaps, identify compliance issues, and suggest improvements. This is not a routine checklist role—it requires deep engagement, strong insight, and direct reporting to the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits for all group functions including Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, IT, and Operations.

• Audit business processes across showrooms, F&B units, projects, and retail departments to ensure SOP compliance.

• Monitor ERP system data output for consistency, traceability, and accuracy.

• Review expense claims, vendor contracts, and cost allocations to detect leakage or compliance issues.

• Deliver monthly structured audit reports directly to the CEO, highlighting risks and areas for improvement.

• Conduct spot checks, internal control tests, and ad hoc audits across departments.

• Recommend policy and process enhancements based on audit findings.

• Ensure strict adherence to internal governance and compliance standards group-wide.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6–10 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk assurance.

• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm (internal audit or risk advisory) or a diversified holding group preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

• Excellent business acumen with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently without supervision.

• Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
