NextLevelFi is seeking Referral Partners who have strong networks of high-net-worth individuals actively seeking real estate investment opportunities in the USA (Texas) and Australia (Melbourne). This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential, ideal for professionals already working with UHNWIs, private bankers, wealth managers, or luxury real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce qualified UHNWI clients to high-potential real estate investment opportunities in the USA and Australia.

• Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with HNW clients.

• Present and promote exclusive real estate offerings, ensuring alignment with client investment goals.

• Guide clients through investment or mortgage transactions, working closely with internal teams for a seamless experience.

• Stay up to date on real estate trends, regulatory updates, and financial market conditions.

• Negotiate investment terms and facilitate successful deal closures.

Requirements:

• Strong, active network of HNW or UHNW individuals looking to invest in real estate.

• Prior experience in real estate, private banking, financial consulting, or investment sales is highly preferred.

• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain professional integrity.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Based in Dubai with flexible availability for international clients.
