Job Description:
Chargeback is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to be the face of our brand and the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll ensure clients are supported, satisfied, and set up for success. You will proactively troubleshoot issues, build long-term trust, and contribute to customer retention and growth by delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for new and existing clients from day one.

  • Deliver onboarding and continuous support via chat, email, phone, and video.

  • Troubleshoot issues on the platform and escalate when needed.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that last for years.

  • Understand and address client pain points to enhance their overall experience.

  • Promote client satisfaction and advocacy by consistently delivering high-value service.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech account management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Quick-thinking and resourceful problem solver.

  • Confident, clear, and kind communicator.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

  • Passion for customer success and long-term relationship building.
