As a Crew Member, you will rotate through various roles including Grill, Fries, Cashier, Hospitality, Prep, and more—ensuring exceptional service and food quality at every step. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support your team in delivering a top-notch dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Master various restaurant roles including grill, cashier, and expo.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to management.

• Follow Five Guys brand standards and stay up to date via Five Guys University.

• Maintain and restock operational areas, including the kitchen, restrooms, and terrace.

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as grooming and punctuality policies.

• Accurately use the POS system and handle cash responsibly.

• Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service crew or similar customer-facing role.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
