Job Title: Multilingual Sales Advisor

Job Description:
Join our fast-growing organization as a Multilingual Sales Advisor, where you will help clients navigate business setup, real estate, insurance, and banking solutions in Dubai. This role is ideal for highly driven individuals with a proven sales background, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs across sectors.

Location:
IBN Battuta Gate Office Building, Fifth Floor – 502G, Dubai, UAE

Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); Urdu and Hindi are a plus

Visa Requirement:
Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa

Salary:
AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month + high commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire potential clients across business setup, real estate, insurance, and banking sectors

• Deliver in-depth knowledge of services, policies, and legal procedures in business establishment and property dealings

• Provide consultative sales support tailored to each client’s specific needs and objectives

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective follow-ups and trust-based engagement

• Monitor and adapt to market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide performance reports to management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in business setup, real estate, insurance, or banking

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a confident, professional demeanor

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (Urdu/Hindi is an advantage)

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a high-paced, goal-driven environment

• Graduate degree (mandatory)
