Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our on-site team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility management, hands-on repair work, and strong leadership capabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all building systems operate smoothly and efficiently, while supervising a dedicated team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the building and coordinate tasks among maintenance staff.

• Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair needs and ensure operational efficiency.

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

• Perform basic carpentry and repair work as needed.

• Handle maintenance emergencies with prompt and effective solutions.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair services.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building maintenance and facility management (minimum 5 years).

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Hands-on proficiency in carpentry and general repair work.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

• Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Understanding of safety codes and compliance standards.

• High school diploma required; certification or diploma in Facility Management or a related field is preferred.
