Darm Petroleum Products Trading is actively expanding its presence in the global commodities market and is now hiring for a senior-level role focused on specialty minerals. The company is seeking an experienced professional to lead international sales and business development efforts specifically in Ilmenite, Rare Earth Minerals, and Rutile.


Job Description:
As a Global Business Development Manager, you will play a strategic role in expanding Darm’s footprint across international markets. You’ll be responsible for managing global accounts, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and forming strong relationships with key stakeholders in the rare earth and mineral trading sectors. This role is fully remote and requires proven experience in the relevant industry.

Note: Only candidates with direct experience in Ilmenite, Rare Earth Minerals, and Rutile will be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international business development initiatives for Ilmenite, Rare Earths, and Rutile.

  • Develop strategic business plans to expand market share and revenue.

  • Drive international sales through account management and client acquisition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, distributors, and industrial clients globally.

  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives.

  • Represent Darm in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings virtually or in-person.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the rare earth mining and minerals trading industry, particularly with Ilmenite, Rare Earth Minerals, and Rutile.

  • Strong track record in international sales and business development.

  • Solid skills in account management, business planning, and strategic negotiation.

  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
