Job Description:
We are hiring an American Board-Certified Consultant Geriatrician to join a leading medical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a senior-level physician passionate about improving the quality of life for elderly patients through expert and compassionate care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage medical conditions affecting elderly patients.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, especially for complex medical issues and polypharmacy cases.

  • Monitor patient progress through follow-up evaluations and update treatment plans as needed.

  • Educate patients and families about chronic disease management and preventive healthcare.

  • Stay updated on advancements in geriatric medicine and implement best practices.

  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

  • Mentor junior healthcare professionals in geriatric care protocols.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.

  • American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certification in Geriatric Medicine.

  • Valid medical license in current state and eligibility for licensure in Dubai.

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in geriatric care (hospital or long-term care preferred).

  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; sensitivity to cultural diversity and elderly care needs.
