Digitas ME, a key agency under the Publicis Communications umbrella, is hiring a Manager – Creative Services to lead projects for a major client (FAB). This hybrid, full-time role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, and innovative individual to drive seamless project delivery, optimize workflows, and align teams across the creative and client servicing spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project delivery—from initiation to closure—ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are met.

Streamline workflows tailored to a fast-paced creative environment, reducing turnaround times.

Collaborate with creatives, traffic, and client servicing teams to foster synergy.

Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines based on client requirements and internal capacities.

Prioritize tasks and milestones to ensure high-impact focus.

Coordinate resource allocation with traffic management for workload balance.

Manage risks by anticipating challenges and implementing contingency plans.

Maintain regular, clear communication with clients about progress and project status.

Generate detailed project reports with insights and risk analysis.
