• Act as the first point of contact for guests at Cloud 22.

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a pleasant seating experience.

• Bid farewell to guests as they leave, ensuring a lasting positive impression.

• Communicate effectively and naturally with guests to enhance their experience.

• Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team in a high-paced environment.

• Attend regular training to refine hospitality skills and brand knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, ideally in an international environment.
