Job Title: General Maintenance & Operations Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a General Maintenance & Operations Assistant to join our team in the UAE. This role involves supporting a variety of day-to-day operational and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and safe functioning of the workspace. Ideal for someone who is proactive, physically capable, and eager to contribute to team success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cleaning, sweeping, and organizing work areas to maintain a tidy environment.

• Support team members with lifting, moving, and setting up equipment or materials.

• Help with basic construction and repair tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling.

• Run errands including fetching tools, supplies, or delivering items across departments.

• Aid in the setup and dismantling of equipment for events, meetings, or projects.

• Load and unload materials and merchandise from vehicles as needed.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free workspace.

• Collaborate with other staff to complete tasks on time and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and transporting heavy items.

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

• Willingness to learn new skills and assist in various tasks as required.

• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is an advantage.
