Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for media, marketing, and branding? We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join our innovative team and lead client acquisition efforts across our services, including social media marketing, influencer campaigns, video production, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close B2B clients for a range of marketing and creative services.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and develop custom proposals aligned with their business goals.

  • Use CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline efficiently, track progress, and optimize conversions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of services.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects through various channels like email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities and sharpen your pitch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (preferably in media, creative agencies, or marketing).

  • Strong understanding or interest in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and branding.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Based in the UAE or open to relocation.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
