Job Overview:
Arla Foods is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead and grow its Milk Based Beverages (MBB) and Starbucks Ready-To-Drink (RTD) business across the MENA region. This is a high-impact role that will contribute directly to brand strategy, market execution, and P&L delivery for one of the world’s most iconic beverage brands—Starbucks Iced Coffee.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute the commercial strategy for Starbucks RTD and Arla MBB portfolio across MENA

Drive sales and marketing execution, brand re-ignition, and consumer engagement

Lead annual business planning and ensure P&L objectives are met

Leverage customer and market insights to drive regional initiatives

Develop local strategies and campaign concepts aligned with global branding
-
Coordinate with global MBB and Starbucks teams to ensure brand consistency
-
Manage marketing budgets, local activations, and regional reporting
-
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders and retail channels
-
Monitor KPIs, category performance, and sales analytics to optimize strategy
Requirements:
-
3–5 years of commercial experience in the beverage industry

Proven experience in sales, trade marketing, or brand marketing
-
Strong knowledge of marketing tools and matrix organizational setups
-
Experience working with global FMCG or beverage brands is essential
-
Previous roles such as Key Account Manager, Category Manager, or Marketing Manager are highly desirable
-
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills
-
Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)

Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and execution mindset
