Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO and partly the Managing Director in managing strategic initiatives, cross-departmental communication, and high-level business operations. This full-time, on-site role in Business Bay, Dubai requires fluency in Arabic, English, and French, along with strong project management skills and legal or investment exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic execution and operational oversight for the CEO and MD.

  • Manage cross-functional business projects and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

  • Monitor KPIs, track deliverables, and prepare dashboards for leadership visibility.

  • Liaise with legal, investment, and finance teams on contracts, regulatory documents, and high-value business cases.

  • Review and organize legal documents, timelines, and confidential reports.

  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, board review materials, and minutes.

  • Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and logistics for the CEO.

  • Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity.

  • Manage high-priority, sensitive matters with discretion and urgency.

  • Occasionally coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, renewals, and accommodation.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, IT, or a related field (Mandatory)

  • Legal background or certifications is an added advantage

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) highly preferred

  • Fluent in Arabic, English, and French

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, executive-level support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities

  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings or project support


Work Environment:

  • Reports directly to the CEO

  • Collaborates with senior leadership, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams

  • Interfaces with external legal firms, consultants, vendors, and partners

  • Office based in Business Bay, Dubai
