Job Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, motivated by targets, and enjoys engaging with customers over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and closing sales to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or internal databases.

• Clearly and convincingly explain the company’s products and services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs).

• Accurately update customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

• Stay informed about services, offers, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply).

• Excellent spoken English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

• Proficient in basic computer applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.

• Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
