Lead Strategic Client Relationships in a Premier Advertising Firm

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager for one of the UAE’s leading digital and out-of-home (OOH) advertising companies. This is your opportunity to manage high-profile accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead client success in a fast-paced media environment based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key clients, nurturing long-term relationships and acting as the main point of contact.

• Understand client marketing goals and deliver customized advertising solutions that align with their objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.

• Negotiate deals, finalize contracts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in outdoor advertising.

• Strong knowledge of OOH media and digital advertising solutions.

• Established network of clients and agencies in Dubai and the UAE.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Applicants must be currently based in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to AED 30,000 monthly (all-inclusive, depending on experience).

• Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
