Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm greetings at the reception.

• Ensure punctuality, grooming, and professional appearance as per company standards.

• Set up hostess stand and review reservation book for smooth restaurant operations.

• Inspect cleanliness of dining areas and ensure proper table settings.

• Maintain and manage menus, ensuring they are in immaculate condition.

• Develop thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and unavailable items.

• Assign seating while considering service standards and server workloads.

• Work efficiently with the open table system.

• Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly and courteous attitude.

• Handle guest requests flexibly and supportively.

• Bid farewell to guests warmly, inviting them back to the restaurant.

Candidate Profile:

• Certificate in Administration or relevant field.

• 1-2 years experience in a 5-star international hotel.

• Pleasing, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Experience in high-volume environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Micros system and cashiering procedures.

• Strong complaint handling and upselling skills.
