This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a friendly, customer-centric personality who enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment.

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the face of the dining experience — welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Your presence will help set the tone for a warm and inviting atmosphere for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

• Efficiently manage the restaurant’s reservation and seating system

• Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth table service

• Present menu options and answer guest inquiries

• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station and entrance area

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and support operational flow

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a similar hospitality role

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 3000 to 3500

• Food Allowance: AED 375

• Average Service Charge: AED 350 to 500

• Credit Card Tips: AED 600 to 800
