Drydocks World, a leading maritime service provider in the Middle East, is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Officer – Happiness & Employee Engagement to join its Human Resources team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for creating and executing employee engagement initiatives that align with company values. Your work will play a key role in enhancing employee well-being, morale, and satisfaction across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage engagement programs and well-being initiatives that reflect the company’s culture

• Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys; analyze results and develop improvement plans

• Organize recognition programs, celebratory events, and morale-boosting activities

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee feedback, concerns, and suggestions

• Collaborate with different departments to promote engagement and happiness initiatives

• Generate reports and presentations highlighting engagement trends and recommended actions

• Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects

• Stay updated on global best practices in workplace happiness and recommend relevant strategies

Job Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National with Family Book

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
