The Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Custodian to help maintain the cleanliness and appeal of our facilities and exhibits. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks such as:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms

  • Vacuuming and disinfecting floors

  • Washing windows and dusting furniture

  • Emptying trash cans

• Maintain the cleanliness of the outdoor grounds by:

  • Picking up litter/trash

  • Emptying outdoor trash containers

  • Hosing down ramps and patios

  • Clearing sidewalks, pathways, and parking lots

• Provide excellent guest service by assisting visitors with directions or questions

• Support clean-up efforts after special events

• Operate light cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers or waxing machines

• Conduct minor building repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
