AM.PM, a luxury bathroom products company, is hiring a Logistics Specialist fluent in Russian and English to handle international imports and exports, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers career growth and a vibrant team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage imports and exports for international trade

• Coordinate deliveries to Europe from global sources

• Handle customs clearance documentation and liaise with brokers in Europe

• Ensure compliance with EU certification and logistics regulations

• Source and negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable terms

• Prepare logistics reports and expense planning

• Use Business Process Management (BPM) software effectively

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with new logistics and service partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience with international logistics and freight operations

• Deep understanding of transportation and freight laws

• Proficiency with BPM tools

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs

• Fluent in both Russian and English (mandatory)
