Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to manage both professional and occasional personal responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and letters with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Organise detailed travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands when required.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external departments.

  • Track deadlines and proactively follow up on pending matters to ensure timely completion.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
