Role Overview:

We are hiring Telesales Officers to join our growing team in Dubai! If you’re confident over the phone, have persuasive communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing relevant products or services.

• Clearly explain product features and benefits, conducting effective phone-based demonstrations.

• Convert warm leads into successful sales using negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Update and manage customer databases, ensuring all contact records are accurate and complete.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales or telemarketing.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Strong spoken English; other language proficiency is a plus.

• Certifications in Sales Management or CRM are advantageous.

• Background in tech or e-commerce sales is a bonus.
